    Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship

The Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship is a future-focused qualification designed for professionals who want to develop the advanced entrepreneurial knowledge, strategic insight and practical skills needed to launch, lead and grow ventures in a rapidly changing economy. It is especially suited to working adults, entrepreneurs and aspiring business leaders seeking a flexible, fully online postgraduate study option. This qualification deepens learners’ understanding of entrepreneurship and equips them to supervise or manage entrepreneurial functions within a business, a startup, or a personal enterprise. The programme develops the ability to apply entrepreneurial concepts, principles and theories in unfamiliar but relevant contexts, while building competence in opportunity identification, venture creation, change management, innovation, business incubation and enterprise development. It also strengthens decision-making and problem-solving in complex business environments. A key strength of the programme is its balance between academic depth and workplace relevance. Learners develop research capability, entrepreneurial thinking and applied business skills that support new venture creation and sustainable business growth. They are also exposed to practical entrepreneurial processes such as incubation, mentorship, coaching, innovation development and business viability assessment, helping them translate ideas into viable enterprises. The fully online delivery model expands access for learners who may not be able to attend campus-based classes due to professional or personal commitments. Through digitally supported learning on the institutional LMS, students engage with current and emerging technologies while building the digital agility increasingly required in modern entrepreneurial environments. This makes the qualification particularly relevant for professionals operating in local, regional and international contexts.
