    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    A student is only allowed to step out of the programme twice (2 cohorts) during the duration of the programme, although this is not recommended.Should this need arise, the student is obligated to inform their Student Success Coordinator of their intention, in writing. If a student wishes to cancel or withdraw from the programme, they are obligated to inform their Student Success Coordinator in writing.

    REFUND POLICY

    In order to qualify for a refund of the module fees, the refund request must be made in writing no later than seven days after the start of the module.

    This request can be sent to enquiries@online.tut.ac.za by following this process.

    A completed application form for a refund on credit amounts must be accompanied by the following supporting documents:

    1. A certified copy of identification or original ID book.
    2. A confirmation of banking details from the bank, a bank statement or a cancelled cheque.
    3. A letter of consent by the sponsor, employer or parent, if applicable.
