    Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration

The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration prepares professionals to lead and manage effectively in complex organisational environments. With a strong applied focus, the programme develops your ability to think strategically, drive innovation within established organisations, and manage change initiatives that deliver measurable results.

You will build competence in corporate entrepreneurship, equipping you to foster entrepreneurial thinking across functions, enable innovation, and support organisations to become more agile and opportunity-driven. Change management forms a core pillar of the programme, strengthening your ability to plan, design, and implement comprehensive change strategies that consider both operational outcomes and the human dynamics of transformation. Strategic management modules develop your capability to diagnose real-world business challenges, apply sound theoretical principles, and make informed decisions in practice.

An advanced research methodology stream further enables you to work with scientific literature, develop a research proposal, and use appropriate methods to investigate complex organisational problems ethically and rigorously, supporting progression to further postgraduate study where relevant.
