Advanced Diploma in Project Management
The Advanced Diploma in Project Management at Tshwane University of Technology is a career-focused qualification designed to strengthen your ability to plan, execute, monitor, control and close low- to medium-level projects in a range of organisational settings. It develops integrated, applied competence across the core project management process groups and knowledge areas, helping you manage projects with confidence, structure and professional judgement.
You will build capability in project planning and delivery through project management principles and practice, while developing the financial and commercial skills needed to manage budgets, cost risk, and project accounting. The programme also deepens your ability to manage procurement, resources, quality and risk, enabling stronger governance and better project outcomes.
